Enexer offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds shall not be accepted for any products that have been subject to poor maintenance, have been used or installed incorrectly, have been improperly handled, have been improperly stored, have been physically damaged, have been tampered-with, and/or other human factors.
To start a return, complete the Return Request form. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The Client is responsible for all return shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15% will apply. Any items that arrive damaged, worn, or used not in the same condition as received by the Client shall not be acceptable - no exceptions.
If an order is placed but has not been shipped yet, no restocking fee shall apply and a full refund will be issued on the original payment method upon order cancellation.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do not use any defective items in your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Final Sale Items
Final sale items shall not be eligible for returns once the purchase order has been completed by the Client, regardless of whether the order/items have been shipped or not.
